Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of paid features, subscriptions, and services offered within applications published under the Seroha trade name.

2. Seller

The services are sold by Nicolas Carrara, sole proprietor (micro-business), operating under the Seroha trade name.

3. Description of offers

Seroha applications provide free access to certain features (freemium), as well as paid features available through subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Details, pricing, and duration of offers are displayed in the application prior to purchase.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes, in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time. Active subscriptions are not affected until their next renewal.

5. Payment

Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform used.

Seroha does not receive or store users’ payment card details.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed for a fixed period and automatically renew unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.

Subscription management and cancellation are handled directly through the user’s Apple App Store or Google Play account.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase.

By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges that service delivery may begin immediately and that the right of withdrawal may therefore be waived.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Seroha cannot issue refunds directly.

9. Liability

Seroha shall not be held liable for temporary service unavailability or issues beyond its reasonable control.

10. Personal data

Details on how personal data is processed are available in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is the one applicable at the time of purchase.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.
