2. Publisher
The services are operated by Nicolas Carrara, sole proprietor (micro-business), under the Seroha trade name.

Access to the applications may be free or paid depending on the features offered. Some features require the creation of a user account.
4. User account
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out through the account is deemed to be performed by the user.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use

- do not use the services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

The applications and their content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the publisher.

Some applications offer paid features through subscriptions or in-app purchases, processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Pricing, renewal and cancellation terms are presented at the time of purchase and are managed by the relevant platform.
8. Liability
We strive to ensure the proper functioning of the services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the services.

10. Termination
Users may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion.
We reserve the right to terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.
